Wrapping It Up - End of a Chapter

šŸŽ‰ Today, I officially wrap up my Master’s programā€”what a ride it’s been! šŸŽ“

graduation

The past two years have been a whirlwind of challenges, joy, and yes, a generous sprinkling of self-doubt. While there are definitely things I wish I couldā€™ve done differently, hey, thatā€™s life! Time zooms by, mistakes happen, and you just roll with it and grow. šŸš€

I came to Melbourne with three big goals: kickstart a new career, explore new places, and make awesome friends.

Career-wise, Iā€™m thrilled to share that Iā€™ve already started working with the Research Hub for Language in Forensic Evidence! My role involves developing audio transcription software for research aimed at improving how linguistics is used in legal courts. Itā€™s geeky, exciting, and definitely keeps me on my toes! šŸ§‘ā€šŸ’»āš–ļø

Melbourneā€™s also been a fantastic playground for adventure. So far, Iā€™ve checked out:

  • Wilsons Promontory National Park (absolutely stunning! šŸŒŠ)
  • Yarra Valley Chocolate Factory (chocolate heaven šŸ«)
  • Phillip Island (penguins, anyone? šŸ§)
  • Geelong (coastal vibes šŸŒŠ)
…and thereā€™s more on my bucket list!

As for friendships, Iā€™ve been lucky enough to meet some incredible people whoā€™ve become lifelong friends. Hereā€™s to staying in touch no matter where life takes us! ā¤ļø

Alright, enough of the sentimental stuffā€”itā€™s back to work for me. Stay tuned; I promise more interesting updates ahead! šŸš€

Cheers
